About the course
The Interview Guidance Programme is a mock session-based guidance programme for preparing for several examinations administered by the Union Public Service Commission. The program’s goal is to familiarise candidates with the format and expectations of the Union Public Service Commission’s Personality Test.
In broad terms, this entails evaluating the candidate’s academic talents as well as her/his social qualities and interest in current events.
Some of the characteristics considered are mental calibre, critical power of absorption, clear and logical presentation, balance of judgement, diversity and depth of interest, aptitude for social cohesion & leadership, and moral integrity.
DELIVERABLES-
Duration of the Interview- The interview usually lasts about 30 minutes.
Assessment- Following the mock interview, a candidate is given a fair and candid assessment of her or his performance, identifying strengths and faults and making ideas for development.
Video Recording- A video recording of the mock interview will be made available for self-analysis.
Mode- Offline and online modes are available.
